In Batavia Living, we want to ensure our customers receive high quality outdoor furniture products that are suitable for all weather conditions and manufactured to have a long-lasting period of use. The materials that we use to manufacture the furniture are obtained from qualified and lab tested suppliers. Our skilled craftsmen maintain their work standard to be very precise and responsible in the weaving process, supported by our experts and technicians who keep bringing improvement and innovation to the overall manufacturing process on the daily basis. Our furniture product range comes with warranty mainly covering for the construction and the structural quality of each individual design.

The aluminum frame part of the furniture is provided 10-YEAR WARRANTY to be free of manufacturing defects related to its structural strength and shape as specified in the design. We will replace the product if the aluminum frame breaks under normal use within this period of time. We strictly do not replace the product if the damage is done due to improper usage or harsh handling by customer.

The polyethylene synthetic rattan and rope have no warranty. We will immediately repair the product if upon receiving, there is cracking, peeling or breaking of the weaving structure which are caused by manufacturing defects. All woven furniture products are fully crafted by hand and are delicate in nature, so please handle with care and hold the furniture at structural points not the loose weaving parts. We strictly do not cover to repair damage to the weaving due to harsh usage or damage done by customer.

Teak wood, GRC and sintered stone parts have no warranty. However, we will replace the product immediately upon customer receiving if there is serious defect with the surface such as cracked structure. Surface irregular patterns, irregular texture and color shading will not count as defects.

Applying to all, the warranty does not cover for:

• Weaving damage caused by negligence in usage and improper usage, handling or storage

• Reasonable wear and tear over the period of usage (scratching, marking, corrosion or weaving color changes over many years)

• Damage from natural disaster (flood, hurricane, fire, tornado, etc.)

• Minor cracks and color deterioration in teak wood products with time

• Improper use of chemicals to the product

• Dirty fabric, staining or color fading over the period of usage

• Cushion flattening over the period of usage
